2016 Fall Training Schedule

Fall Weight Training:

Strength Training – led by Strength Coach Richard Lee

  • Team Lifting & individual improvement
  • Starts 9/14, runs thru January 2018
  • Cost: $125+ processing fee
  • Registration: https://cbclax.sportngin.com/register/form/383888205
  • Minimum 2 sessions per week supervised by Richard Lee
    • Effective 11/2 we will have new training times:
      • Tuesday 4-515pm
      • Thursda4 3 - 415pm
    • All players must complete lift test eval

Stick Skills  - led by CBC LAX Coaching Staff

Queeny - September 20th – November 8th – Every Wednesday for 8 weeks  3:30 – 5:30 pm            

  • Returning Varsity players 3:30-4:30
  • Returning JV/Freshman players  4:30-5:30

Vetta Concord - October 23rd - December. League games Monday & Thursdays (game times will be 3:45, 4:35 & 5pm)           

  • JV: Mondays
  • Varsity: Thursdays
