CBC Summer Workouts 2019

Summer Program

The CBC Summer Registration is officially open!

Lacrosse players and parents below is an outline of the CBC summer lacrosse program.  CBC lacrosse supports players playing different sports throughout the year. Our summer program is for all returning CBC lacrosse players and incoming freshmen. CBC Lacrosse’s expectations are if you are not playing in a summer sport we expect your participation in the summer program. If you are not able to participate in the summer program player needs to contact Coach Nick Silva, 636-346-5603 or email at Thank you for your support. 


St. Louis Lax Summer League 


Games on Monday nights beginning June 17 and will end on Monday, July 29. Please see St. Louis Lax attachment for details and registration.

Players and parents will need to register individually for St. Louis Summer Lax league please make sure you indicate that you are a CBC player.  The code is teamsummer2019. 

Summer workouts 

Beginning June 12th--,June and July every Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 at CBC Stadium.  However, on Wednesday 7/10 we will be at Cadet Park. We will have CBC coaches as well as CBC lacrosse alumni that are current or former college lacrosse players. 

Special Workout - June 18th - 20th the entire club plus potential future Cadets that will be entering seventh and eighth grade will have workouts 5:30 to 7:00 at CBC Stadium. 

Cost –

If you are only doing the summer workout and not attending Windy City Lax Bash tournament ( listed below ) the summer workout cost is $125 and players can register by selecting the link:

If you are attending Windy City Lax Bash the summer workout cost is included in your tournament registration of $325 and invited players can register by selecting the link:




Windy City Lax Bash is now in Naperville, IL June 22-23. This is by coach’s invitation, players invited will receive additional information.


In addition to the summer program we encourage all players to work out and stay sharp. Thanks for supporting CBC Lacrosse – GO CADETS !!! 



CBC Summer Workouts for Rising 7th and 8th Graders

The goal and purpose of the summer workouts for rising 7th and 8th graders will be to provide an introduction to CBC as well as promoting the game of lacrosse. During these workouts they will be coached by CBC staff and CBC alumni lacrosse players that are playing in college. In addition to 7th and 8th graders this workout is for all returning CBC lacrosse players and CBC incoming freshmen. We will design these workouts to incorporate skill development, team building and a fun and dynamic atmosphere.
